The 700A series features a case A size of 0.055" x 0.055", superior high self-resonance, and zero TCC characteristics for excellent performance over a broad range of RF and microwave applications. The 700B series has a case B size of 0.110" x 0.110", porcelain and ceramic construction, and an extended working voltage rating up to 1500VDC. KYOCERA AVX High SRF RF/Microwave Capacitors are ideal for timing power amplifiers, filters, and oscillators.
