Accu-P® Standard Signal & Power Type Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX Accu-P® Standard Signal and Power Type Capacitors meet the demand for low-loss (high-Q) capacitors for use in surface mount technology, especially for the mobile communications market. KYOCERA AVX Standard Accu-P components are unique in their ability to offer very low capacitance values (down to 0.05pF) and very tight capacitance tolerances (±0.02pF to ±1pF). The high-frequency characteristics change at a slower rate with increasing frequency than for ceramic microwave capacitors.

Accu-F® Thin Film Signal Type Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX Accu-F® Thin Film Signal Type Capacitors offer high Q, very low capacitance values (0.1pF), very tight capacitance tolerances (±0.05pF), and a low ESR. The Accu-F® capacitors feature high stability with respect to time, temperature, frequency, and voltage variation. These KYOCERA AVX components are ideal for use in surface mount technology especially for the mobile communications market, such as cellular radio of 450MHz and 900MHz, UHF walkie-talkies, UHF cordless telephones to 2.3GHz, low noise blocks at 11GHz to 12.5GHz, and for other VHF, UHF, and microwave applications.

RF Thermal Management

KYOCERA AVX RF Thermal Management includes a λ (Lambda) bridge thermal conductor that is a cost-effective thermal management solution. The λ-Bridge provides designers with the ability to manage thermal conditions by directing heat to thermal ground planes, heat sinks, or other thermal points of interest. While directing heat, the λ-Bridge maintains optimal electrical circuit performance. KYOCERA AVX RF Thermal Management λ-Bridge is available in 0302, 0402, 0603, and 0805 case sizes. 

Capacitor Solutions
