HiQ-CBR (RF & Microwave) Capacitors

KEMET HiQ-CBR (RF & Microwave) Capacitors feature a copper base metal electrode (BME) system that offers ultra-low ESR and high Q in the VHF, UHF, and microwave frequency bands. Low ESR allows for higher RF currents, which are ideal for applications such as cellular base stations and telecommunication networks as well as V2X, safety systems, powertrains, and automotive communication systems. These surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitors (SMD MLCCs) include an automotive type that is AEC-Q200 qualified. KEMET HiQ-CBR (RF & Microwave) Capacitors exhibit no change in capacitance with respect to time/voltage and boast a negligible change in capacitance regarding ambient temperature.

Group I/O Products

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, KEMET, Pulse) I/O Products include antennas, capacitors, chokes, filters, transformers, connectors, sensors, and inductors. In a digital system, the inputs and outputs are vital in their communication with other systems and devices. These are the arms and legs of the system that give it the ability to do work. They typically consist of USB connections, internal and external antennas, integrated RJ45 modules, and environmental sensors. Each of these connectors typically requires some type of controller, and in some cases, signal line chokes to filter out various noises. Additionally, it holds all the system's memory contained through the BiOS, Flash, and DDR4. The processor can feature multiple voltage inputs depending on the system, and this portion pulls in voltage and current from a DC-DC converter while making decisions for the I/O portion of the circuit. YAGEO Group provides a flex suppressor sheet that can be applied to noisy portions of the circuit, allowing for data integrity in the digital processor, and RF MLCCs that filter out various noises along communication lines, vital when dealing with various output communications.
