Infineon Technologies 600V CoolMOS™ S7A Power MOSFETs are superjunction MOSFETs that address xEV applications where MOSFETs are switched at low frequency. These MOSFETs' design offers a cost-optimized, 10mΩ low on-resistance R_DS(on), enabling increased power density and minimized conduction losses. The S7A MOSFETs are automotive-grade AEC-Q101 devices that meet the highest automotive quality. These MOSFETs with top-side cooled QDPAK, and bottom-side cooled QDPAK packages offer increased efficiency and controllability. The 600V MOSFETs are used in HV eFuse, HV eDisconnect, and onboard chargers.
