iMOTION™ IMM100 Digital Motor Controllers

Infineon iMOTION™ IMM100 Digital Motor Controllers are a series of fully integrated Smart IPMs implementing sensorless field-oriented control (FOC) of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The combination of the iMOTION Motion Control Engine (“T”- variants) with the gate driver and six MOSFETs offers a complete motor drive system in a compact 12x12mm2 surface-mount package. This minimises the required external component count and PCB area.

iMOTION™ IPM Family

Infineon iMOTION™ intelligent power modules (IPM) are a family of highly integrated products for the control of variable speed drives. Infineon iMOTION integrate the required hardware and software to perform sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). This provides the highest energy efficient appliance motor system with the lowest system cost.
