CIPOS™ Tiny 3-Phase Inverter Modules

Infineon CIPOS™ Tiny 3-Phase Inverter Modules are the newest generation of intelligent power modules (IPMs) to offer the highest power density variable speed motor drive. By using Infineon's latest generation of IGBTs, it is possible to realise maximum efficiency with minimum footprint. In addition, system mechanical design flexibility is also considered by offering both CIPOS™ Tiny SIP and DIP form factors. Ideal applications for the IPM include a high-efficiency washing machine, air conditioning, fans, compressors, and industrial drives with current requirements ranging from 6A to 20A.
