Archer .5 & .8 Board-to-Board Connectors

Harwin Archer .5mm and .8mm Board-to-Board Connectors offer a 0.5A maximum current rating per contact, 100V_AC/DC voltage rating, and 30 cycles of operation. The .5mm connectors feature 30-, 40-, 80-, and 100-pin count options and are made for smaller and lighter solutions. The .5mm series includes polarization features to ensure the correct orientation and alignment to prevent mismating. The .8mm connectors are available in 30-, 40-, 60-, 80-, 100-, and 120-pin count versions and are designed for mezzanine daughterboard-to-motherboard layouts with an industrial-grade connection. The 0.8mm surface-mount connectors are fully shrouded to help prevent damage to the contacts and include location pegs to avoid movement before soldering.

Archer .5 Board-to-Board Connectors

Harwin Archer .5 Connectors are compact mezzanine connectors for smaller, lighter solutions. Designed with 30, 40, 80, and 100 pin count options and a small pitch, the contacts offer a current-carrying capacity of 0.5A each. The operating temperature range is between -55°C to +85°C, and the components feature a board-to-board stack height of 8mm. Polarisation features ensure the correct orientation and alignment to prevent mismating; shrouding protects contacts from accidental damage. The 0.5 connectors meet all the technical specifications expected by modern industrial equipment electrical designers. Materials are compliant with RoHS and REACH SVHC and are also halogen-free. Applications include compact control/monitoring equipment, embedded computing, sensor modules, camera/LiDAR units, and IoT-connected devices.

Archer .8mm Board-to-Board Connectors

Harwin Archer .8mm Board-to-Board Connectors are compact and capable micro-pitch connectors ideal for IIoT modules and embedded computing. These connectors are designed for mezzanine daughterboard to motherboard layouts with an industrial-grade connection, and the high pin counts on a .8mm pitch give a maximum PCB footprint of just over 50mm. The housing designs are polarised and contacts are fully shrouded and protected to help prevent mismating and accidental damage to the contacts. Archer .8mm connectors have a surface-mount design, are supplied in a tape and reel format with pick and place caps included, and are ready for automated volume assembly. Harwin Archer .8mm Board-to-Board Connectors are designed with location pegs to avoid movement before soldering and are ideal for e-vehicles, consumer electronics, and industrial applications.
