The enclosures are molded in a choice of black, gray, or translucent blue general-purpose ABS plastic with a satin texture. They are injection-molded and precision-machined to house seven of the most popular boards from Arduino, Beaglebone, and NXP.

Hammond Manufacturing 1593 ABS Plastic Hand Held/Instrument Enclosures are electronic instrument enclosures ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards. These enclosures feature lap joint construction that provides protection against splashing water and dust accumulation. The 1593 enclosures are ergonomically designed to meet IP54 ratings and molded in a choice of grey, black, or transparent blue general-purpose ABS plastic. This Hammond Manufacturing ABS plastic comes with a satin texture. These enclosures are available in contoured panels, integrated battery compartment style, and with no panel options.
