SG2016CAN SPXO Crystal Oscillators

Epson Timing SG2016CAN Simple Packaged Crystal Oscillators (SPXO) feature a CMOS output with up to 20 standard frequencies from 4MHz to 72MHz. The oscillators offer a wide 1.6V to 3.63V operating voltage range and a low 1.5mA to 3mA current consumption range within a compact 2mm x 1.6mm package size (2016). The SG2016CAN series operates with a 15pF max CMOS load condition rating, a 2.1μA to 2.7μA stand-by current range, and a -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range. The Epson Timing SG2016CAN SPXO Crystal Oscillators are ideal for various applications, including the Internet of Things (IoT), wearable devices, medical, industrial automation, and data centers/storage.
