Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

AMX Automotive Bolt-in Fuses

Eaton Electronics AMX Automotive Bolt-in Fuses offer a 30mm center tag width, 48mm x 12mm footprint, and 8.5mm height. This small size is suitable for high-current applications. The ceramic body features a bolt-in terminal design that is halogen free and lead free. These fuses are also UL recognized, RoHS compliant, and cURus recognized (E91958, guide JFHR2 and JFHR8). The AMX series is available in a 63V_DC/100V_DC/125V_DC voltage rating. Eaton AMX Automotive Bolt-in Fuses are ideal for energy, industrial, and transportation applications, including mild-hybrid automotive, vehicle power distribution, material handling systems, high current wire protection, as well as supercapacitor and battery systems.
