LDI8233xxEN LDO Fixed Voltage Regulators

Diotec Semiconductor LDI8233xxEN Low Dropout (LDO) Fixed Voltage Regulators are LDO voltage regulators with a 40V input voltage and a 100mA output current. These devices are available in 3V, 3.3V, 5.0V, and 12V fixed output voltages with a ±1% tolerance. The typical dropout voltage is 0.12V (I_OUT=10mA), 0.58V (I_OUT=50mA), and 1.2V (I_OUT=100mA). The Diotec Semiconductor LDI8233xxEN is ideal for high-efficiency linear regulators, active SCSI termination regulators, post regulators for switch modes, DC-DC converter applications, and more.
