AL8853AQ Boost Controller

Diodes Incorporated AL8853AQ Boost Controller is an automotive AEC-Q100 highly integrated and cost-effective boost controller. This controller contains a Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) boost driver that uses current-mode control and fixed-frequency operation to regulate the LED current. This LED current is sensed through an external current-sense resistor. The AL8853AQ boost controller operates at a wide input voltage range of 6V to 40V and has a high-precision feedback reference voltage of 200mV. This boost controller offers PWM to analog dimming mode for a wide range of dimming controls and features a 400kHz fixed switching frequency. The AL8853AQ boost controller is ideally used in automotive LED lamps, fog lights, reversing lights, headlights, auto head-up displays, and DC-DC converters.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
