AL5812 Adjustable Linear LED Driver

Diodes Incorporated AL5812 Adjustable Linear LED Driver drives LED chains up to 59V with a constant current up to 150mA. The AL5812's 60V capability enables it to drive long LED chains (up to 16 white LEDs) while operating from rails as low 3.5V. This allows the device to operate with 5V, 12VAC/DC, 24VAC/DC, and 48VDC rails. The AL5812 operates with a minimal amount of external components - just a decoupling capacitor and a high value LED current setting resistor - which allows the use of small size and cost external components and results in a small solution footprint. The accuracy, temperature range, and cost make it ideally suited to cost-sensitive lighting applications.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
