597 Single-Color SMD LEDs

Dialight 597 Single-Color SMD LEDs feature a 5V reverse voltage, 10μA reverse current intensity, 120° viewing angle, and -40°C to 100°C operating temperature range. These LEDs come in red, yellow, yellow-green, green, blue, and white output color options. The 597 SMD LEDs include right-angle mounting orientation and are available in a 1616 RA 7″ reel package option. These LEDs are ideal for backlighting, signage, and healthcare applications.
