SV Series Metal Oxide Varistors

Chemi-Con SV Series Metal Oxide Varistors are designed to prevent combustion and scattering of fragments when a high surge is applied. These varistors feature up to 1W rated wattage, up to 1650V clamping voltage at 100A, up to 400J energy (2ms), and up to 825VDC allowable voltage. The TNR SV series varistors include resin coating that does not burn under the flammability test of UL. These varistors operate from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are AEC-Q200 qualified. The SV series varistors are used to protect automotive electronics and semiconductors from overvoltage and the absorption of ignition-off surge.
