CG2409X3 RF Switch IC

CEL CG2409X3 RF Switch IC is a GaAs MMIC high power SPDT RF switch designed for WiMAX and Wireless LAN applications. CG2409X3 has a high control voltage between 1.8V to 5V with an operating frequency of 0.05GHz to 6GHz. This switch is housed in a 6-pin plastic TSON package, and it has low insertion loss and high isolation.
