AUV4 3535 Surface-Mount UV LEDs

Broadcom AUV4 3535 Surface-Mount UV LEDs are energy-efficient LEDs that can be driven at a high driving current and can dissipate heat efficiently. These LEDs feature 1W/3W power, and operate at 90°C LED junction temperature and -40°C to 100°C  temperature range. The AUV4 UV LEDs are available in multiple wavelength ranges, 60°/130° viewing angles, and a high-reliability package with enhanced silicone resin encapsulation. These LEDs are compatible with the reflow soldering process and meet JEDEC MSL 3 standards. The AUV4 UV LEDs are ideal for industrial curing and photocatalyst purification applications.
