AV Automotive Grade Varistors

Bourns AV Series Automotive Grade Varistors offer excellent transient energy distribution. The varistors are transient suppressors with temperature-independent suppression characteristics, enabling protection from -55°C to +125°C. The compact varistors require less board space than silicon TVS diodes, allowing for greater circuit board layout flexibility. Bourns AV Series Automotive Grade Varistors applications include anti-lock brake systems, direct-ignition systems, airbag control systems, and wiper motors.

KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection

Bourns KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection product offering includes overvoltage protective and EMI suppression components. All KEKO-Varicon products have been fully integrated into the Bourns corporate structure. Bourns KEKO-Varicon Circuit Protection products can be designed for various low voltage board level (LVBL), telecommunication, automotive electronics, AC-line, transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS), medical, and high-energy industrial equipment applications.
