Metri-Pack 630 Connectors

Aptiv (formerly Delphi) Metri-Pack 630 Connectors provide current capabilities from 0A to 46A and are available with in-line and device configurations for in-vehicle applications. They also meet or exceed the requirements for most marine, appliance, and industrial control applications. The 630 series utilizes triple-rib peripheral silicone rubber seals, making them ideally suited for high current applications that require protection from environmental hazards. These connectors have a 6.3mm blade width, 8.5mm (unsealed) and 10.8mm (sealed) centerline spacing, 0.50mm² to 5mm² cable range. Aptiv Metri-Pack 630 Connectors have an operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.

Aptiv Metri-Pack Connectors are a family of electrical connection systems that offer design flexibility and application versatility. The connectors are resistant to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and abrasion. They utilize Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) for superior connection reliability. Strong, stable terminals ensure correct alignment. Aptiv Metri-Pack Connectors are designed for low-energy electronic circuits or power circuit applications, including as high-performance interconnects in sealed or unsealed versions, environmentally sealed electronic headers, junction blocks, electrical centers, and much more.
