ADuM362N 6-Channel Digital Isolators

Analog Devices Inc. ADuM362N 6-Channel Digital Isolators are based on the iCoupler^® technology. These isolators combine Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology to offer excellent performance characteristics. The ADuM362N isolators feature a 10ns maximum propagation delay with a pulse-width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V. These isolators also feature a 150Mbps maximum guaranteed data rate for 5V operation, 180kV/μs typical high common-mode transient immunity, and a 2.25V to 5.5V level transition range.
