ADuM1201 Dual-Channel Digital Galvanic Isolator

Analog Devices ADuM1201 Dual-Channel Digital Isolators provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to optocouplers. These devices are based on proprietary iCoupler^® technology that combines high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technologies. The iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one-sixth the power requirement of optocouplers and eliminate the requirement LEDs, photodiodes, external drivers, and other discrete components. The ADuM1201 Digital Isolators offer 3V/5V level translation, low power operation, bidirectional communication, 3ns precise-timing characteristics, and high-temperature operation at 125°C.
