ADPA7002 Power Amplifiers are gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 28dBm (1/2W) amplifiers. The ADPA7002 incorporates a temperature-compensated on-chip power detector with an operating range between 18GHz and 44GHz.
