Analog Devices MAX2640/MAX2641 SiGe Ultralow-Noise Amplifiers are low-cost amplifiers designed for applications in the cellular, PCS, GPS, and 2.4GHz ISM frequency bands. The MAX2640/MAX2641 operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and consume only 3.5mA of current.
