PowerLok® G2 Heavy-Duty Power Connectors

Amphenol Technical Products International (TPI) PowerLok® G2 Heavy-Duty Power Connectors feature RADSOK® contact technology and a 60A to 600A operating current. This one- to three-pole series offers a quick-locking lever with connection position assistance (CPA) and a receptacle shell with integrated high-voltage interlock (HVIL) for high-vibration applications. These 1000V connectors provide IP67-IP6K9K in mated condition and IP2X in an unmated condition. Amphenol Technical Products PowerLok G2 Connectors are available with different color coding and mechanical keying options.

Amphenol Technical Products International PowerLok™ Connectors utilize Amphenol's RADSOK® technology and are designed with compactness and robustness in mind. The series features low insertion force / high cycle durability with a secondary lock to prevent unintentional loosening of contacts. This cylindrical interconnect solution is suitable for applications up to 1000V, ranging from 70A to 500A. Amphenol PowerLok™ Connectors provide an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution with an IP67 rating when mated. Applications include energy storage, power distribution, and EV/HEV.
