These devices offer a mechanical rotation angle of 235°, 265°, 280°, and 300°, as well as 360° endless rotation. Mounting options include through hole, panel mount and surface mount. Amphenol Piher Potentiometers are designed for reliability with up to 100K mechanical life cycles and a wide range of operating temperatures, depending on the series. Typical applications include consumer electronics, robotics, medical, automotive, appliances, industrial and temperature control.

PT-10 Carbon Potentiometers

Amphenol Piher PT-10 Carbon Potentiometers feature a carbon resistive element and polyester substrate in a dust-proof enclosure with life up to 10,000 cycles. The PT-10 potentiometers operate where frequent adjustment is required, and control variable outputs including frequency, motor speed, and volume. These Amphenol Piher carbon potentiometers come with a shaftless design that allows for different engagement mechanisms such as a customized shaft, motor, or human interface adjustment. The PT-10 potentiometers offer mechanical detents, 3% linearity and 100K cycles, self-extinguishable plastic UL94V-0, and low torque version upon request. These 10mm carbon potentiometers come in vertical mounting with horizontal adjustment and horizontal mounting with vertical adjustment.
