Amphenol FCI Serial-Attached SCSI (SAS) 4.0 Connectors are designed for next-generation servers with 24Gb/s speeds. These 29-position receptacle and plug connectors offer hot-plugging and blind-mating, connector misalignment compensation, and a PCB retention mechanism for robust SMT attachment. They support both SAS and SATA drives and come in vertical and right-angle configurations for usage across server and storage equipment, HDDs, HDD carriers and SSDs. Amphenol FCI SAS 4.0 Connectors are compatible with SFF8681 specifications and footprint backward compatible with 12G, 6G, and 3G SAS connectors. Applications include data, communications, industrial, and instrumentation.
