Amphenol Alden Pulse-Lok^® Connectors feature a unique locking system with visual, audible, and tactile engagement confirmation. These connectors are robustly constructed to endure thousands of mating cycles and offer a quick release action. The Pulse-Lok connectors are available in different contact types, including signal, power, high voltage, and ethernet. These connectors feature up to 78 conductors in a small package (ø0.5" to ø1.2") and offer Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) shielding. The Pulse-Lok connectors are suited for medical, factory automation, and instrumentation field applications.

PL-1200RG-N Auto-Coupling Pulse-Lok® Connectors

Amphenol Alden PL-1200RG-N Auto-Coupling Pulse-Lok^® Connectors are plastic shell connectors specifically designed for electro-surgical catheter applications. These connectors feature Pulse-Lok™ auto-latch and quick-release mechanisms to confirm continuity in critical surgical applications. The PL-1200RG-N connectors, available with up to 78 contact positions, withstand a minimum of 5000 mating cycles. These connectors provide thermoplastic connector housing and rubber flex reliefs. The PL-1200RG-N connectors are water-proof and operate in a temperature range from -20°C to +105°C. The Amphenol Alden PL-1200RG-N Auto-Coupling Pulse-Lok® Connectors can be sterilized by steam sterilization, gamma sterilization, and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization methods.
