Amphenol Alden Pulse-Lok^® Connectors feature a unique locking system with visual, audible, and tactile engagement confirmation. These connectors are robustly constructed to endure thousands of mating cycles and offer a quick release action. The Pulse-Lok connectors are available in different contact types, including signal, power, high voltage, and ethernet. These connectors feature up to 78 conductors in a small package (ø0.5" to ø1.2") and offer Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) shielding. The Pulse-Lok connectors are suited for medical, factory automation, and instrumentation field applications.

PL-500SM-N Auto-Coupling Pulse-Lok® Connectors

Amphenol Alden PL-500SM-N Auto-Coupling Pulse-Lok® Connectors are plastic shell auto-coupling connectors that meet the efficient packaging demands of portable electronic devices with a compact design. These connectors, offering up to 14 contact positions, feature Pulse-Lok auto-latch and mating confirmation. The PL-500SM-N connectors offer a miniature ø0.520" circular shell and withstand a minimum of 5000 mating cycles with standard contacts. These connectors are water-proof and operate at a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C. The Amphenol Alden PL-500SM-N Pulse-Lok Connectors can be sterilized by steam sterilization, gamma sterilization, and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization methods.
